The Senior Product Manager, Chase Mobile Checkout, will be focused on defining the vision of the product that aligns to current and future near term market demands to deliver a robust roadmap. Our goals are to provide small business owners the ability to accept payments seamlessly in the channel of their choice. Once we have delivered on this roadmap, the revamped product will be our go-to product for small business owners. This individual will have a true passion for the client and bring a blend of technical background, business analysis, and tactical execution skills. Finally, the ideal candidate will be a highly-organized and self-motivated leader who designs customer-obsessed products, manages a product release plan, flexibly adapts to internal & market forces, and looks to deliver what others only think of.

What You Will Do

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify customer needs and develop product strategy
  • Develop and own the product vision & roadmap
  • Define and track metrics that inform the success of your product initiatives
  • Work closely with engineers and other stakeholders to bring innovative products to the market
  • Develop expertise in small business owner payment accepting needs
  • Build offerings that make it easy for customers to leverage their payment processing capabilities via the channel of their choice – mobile, desktop and terminal
  • Evaluate and integrate with third-party vendors in order to meet our customer’s needs
  • Drive the proper client journeys

What We Are Looking For

  • Aptitude to learn, solve challenging problems and a passion to deliver great user experiences 
  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferable building SaaS products for businesses, with strong track record of success
  • 3+ years in payments industry
  • Experience and understanding of modern technology stacks
  • Experience creating wireframes to communicate concept and product ideas
  • An obsession with customer research, product fidelity, and user experience
  • Master’s or Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business, finance, or related field
  • Strong executive presence; comfortable interacting with and presenting to all levels of management
  • Strong influencing and partnership / collaboration skills to drive cross-functional teams
  • Ability to productively work in a matrix management organization
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude and inspiring leadership skills a must
  • True passion for making the frictionless product and being obsessed with the client experience
  • Self-motivated team player who collaborates to deliver solutions that are beneficial to all constituents when possible
